I just watched a video regarding Pelé, it was a recommended one. It's not a long video or a recent one. In a specific moment, the commentator says: "Pelé lived and played at just the right time, in the age of cinema, television and videotape. What he accomplished had to be seen, not described".
Pelé is one of the greatest of all time, and, yes, in a way, he was a little lucky that there are a lot of his actions – and that compared to players from more remote decades – available out there.
When I finished listening to the commentator's sentence, I automatically thought of Orth. What if the Hungarian had that same amount of video available out there? People would be scared that such a spectacular player ever existed.
I saw him, and I have a few videos of him available in my personal archive. He is by far the most spectacular player I have ever seen. Just out of this world. It's impressive that a player like that was made.
