One of the things that attract me most about old football is the technical variation of the players, whether in terms of skill repertoire or ability with the weak foot or head. Older players were much more artistic than today's players, much better versed with both feet. In the old days, it was necessary for a football player to master the ball with both legs, nowadays people tend to value this, when in the past it was something that was common. Another aspect is that the free kick specialists sent the balls with the outside of the foot or with the weak foot too. I'll leave this video of Orth, from my collection, on the Hungarian star taking a free kick with his left foot. I will also leave a complement in the video, a complement in which Orth completely kills the ball and quickly juggles to get rid of the opponent's marking.
