Ferencváros, with some changes — Papp as full-back and Polgár as centre-half —, would face the young and talented squad of S.K. Slavia Praha. Lyka and Móré would not represent the zöld-fehér shirt.
The Czech side had a young squad with an average age of around 23. S.K. Slavia were preparing a new generation of great players which would fight for even better positions in Mitropa Cup. The youngest player of the team was Bedřich Vacek, a footballer of the S.K. Slavia Praha amateur team.
